1. Appointments are subject to final confirmation from our desk. Clients shall be informed about the same asap, within a legitimate period of time.
2. The appointment schedules are highly punctual. Any delay beyond 30 Min. from the scheduled appointment time, shall be considered as a ‘Wasted Appointment’ and may cause unconditional cancellation of the appointment.
3. The professional fees for the services provided are transparent and fixed for all clients. Any Promo offers/ discounts / special offers whenever applicable shall be legibly displayed on our website.
4. The payments for procedures must be cleared in full on the first day of treatment itself. Payments may be made in cash/ online or through card.
5. A special subsidy, if required may be availed by clients with conditions like Alopecia Areata Totalis/ Universalis, Cancer chemotherapy related hair loss, burn victims, acid attack victims etc. The final decision shall lay in hands of the director.
6. ‘Advanced Trainee/ s’, wherever mentioned in our website would mean:
Bona fide candidates having completed their theoretical studies and practical training on practice skin as a part of their Advanced Certificate program at Browcademy/ ACADMiPi and those by virtue of the quality of their work are fully approved by the course instructor to carry out permanent makeup procedures under direct supervision and guidance of the Top Artist.
7. The offer for complimentary Touch up session (2nd Session) at a gap of 4-6 weeks from the first session shall be valid only upto 90 days from the date of first session. After that 50% of total fees shall apply for any touchup upto 6 months.

9. In their own interest, clients are encouraged to share complete medical history, allergies etc in the consent form before any procedure is carried out.
